Shares of the retailer sank 14% after fourth-quarter results showed a decline of 9.4% in net sales and full year guidance missed expectations. Kohls said it expects earnings per share of between 10 cents and 60 cents for the current fiscal year, below the $1.23 expected by analysts, according to LSEG. The company also said it expected net sales to fall 5% to 7%, while analysts were expecting that metric to fall 1.6%.
